Heritage Hospitals was first in this region to introduce state of the art, high precision 3Tesla MRI which is capable of performing full range of MRIs . Today, it is busiest MRI centre catering to the needs of maximum number of patients in the city, delivering it's services from early morning till late in the night, sometimes even beyond midnight ,due to long waiting queues. Our 128 Slice CT is another modern updated diagnostic tool capable of performing all types of CT Imaging including Cardiac CT, Coronary Angiography, besides Angiography of Brain , Kidney and other organs, with high sensitivity, accuracy and precision. Ultrasonography and Doppler at Heritage are also equally favoured and popular diagnostic modalities being relied upon by large number of patients resulting into long queues and waiting lists, sometimes carried over to the next days, Besides usual radio diagnostic tests, different types of Guided Procedures ( USG and CT guided procedures) are also performed for inhouse OPD,IPD and referrals from outside. Our all 3 Consultant Radiologists, who handle the cases in the Department and do reporting on them are well qualified, highly experienced and professionally sound, being quite popular among the clinicians, both inside and outside the hospital, making it a premier service department in the organisation. Heritage Radio diagnosis has also operated quite successfully for a decade, a first of its kind in the region, Teleradiology services, between the Department and NCL Hospital, Vindhya Nagar, Sonbhadra, through our remote CT Scan centre located there ,performed CT scan images which were transmitted to our department's system here for reporting and sending back the reports to the patients/doctors there. We are proud to have observed the due to our ever vigilant and efficient Radiology team many cases with Covid -19 symptoms during its pandemic were diagnosed as radiologically positive even much before they were detected and declared confirmed RTPCR positive. We have recently introduced Interventional Radiology in our armamentarium with a full time Interventional radiology. This speaks enough about the credentials of excellence of this department of Heritage Hospitals, which has been further recognized and reinforced by the NBEMS by sanctioning 2 DNB PG seats in this department too out of July 2023 counselling.

We at Heritage Hospitals, can boast to have one of the best Anaesthesia team in the city. We have been having and maintaining this credential throughout our journey of healthcare by possession of fully qualified ,experienced and highly skilled Anaesthesiologists, Nurses and Anaesthesia Technicians in our Anaesthesia team.

For conductance of safe and successful anaesthesia we have 4 numbers of state of the art, modern, air-conditioned, modular operation theatres, equipped with all supporting systems such as AHU (Air Handling Units), Centralized Pipeline Gas Supplies , Anaesthesia Work Stations, Monitoring systems and tools etc , all fitted with updated safety alarms, for enabling our anaesthesia team performing it's job smoothly, trouble free and efficiently for 24×7 functioning.

Heritage Hospitals has 4 full-time senior Anaesthesiologists in the Department of Anaesthesiology. Their working is supported by dedicated Technicians, Nurses and Paramedics in the team.

Our all Consultant Anaesthesiologists are fully qualified, highly experienced, professionally sound and committed experts capable of conducting safe and successful anaesthesia in any type of surgery in all the age group of patients , covering from day one newborn to veterans of nineties and beyond .

Besides their responsibilities in OT, they also serve as Incharge of the Critical Care Services and render expertise as Intensivist to play their pivotal role in the management of seriously ill patients in our ICUs ( Intensive Care Units) through their constant vigil and timely life saving interventions.

Our Department of Anaesthesiology has been inspected by the Assessors from NBEMS and after verifying the capabilities of our Anaesthesiology Department they found it suitable for granting it's accreditations for imparting education and training to post graduate students in Anaesthesiology subject through conductance of DNB in Anaesthesia PG Courses. Thus, with this venture we will be also contributing significantly our bit of producing competent Anaesthesiologists for the health care industry besides reinforcement our own services.
