Insurance TPA Partners

Insurance TPA Partners

At Heritage Hospitals, we aim to simplify your hospital experience. If your insurer or third-party administrator is among our empanelled TPA partners, you can avail of cashless admission without advance payment. Once your policy is verified and pre-authorization for treatment is received, our authorized insurer desk processes the claim. Patients are guided by our insurance claim helpdesk, located at the mediclaim desk near the reception. While our team provides claim status assistance and document support, the responsibility for initiating the third-party administrator process lies with the patient or family. Enhancements to the approved amount are raised as needed within the limits of your health policy coverage.
